nah it's a little different, full windsor is more sym, but bigger.. i prefer the half windsor or the four in hand it's smaller :X

The difference is that instead of bringing the wide end around to the right (0:28), the wide end is first taken up and then down through the loop, just as in 0:33, but on the other side. As a result, you get a bigger but more symmetrical knot.
