Exactly. I also wathced an interesting documentary on the Discovery channel where the scientists talked about how we are still at the tail end of the last ice age and that is why we still have the polar ice caps. It was interesting. And again, just to say it better to say carbon overflow results in extreme weather all over, hot and cold.

Look, no one is trying to get us in a cave with a fox where we can all be eaten. Honestly, why is such a big deal for poeple to admit the effect of global warming, and that yes undeedy, all the carbons we produce are having an effect? Can people please look up information and hear both sides objectively without trolling? If people would quote LEGITIMATE sources when they nade statements and not just remarks for the sake of being INFLAMMATORY we might actually get somewhere.

Four feet, four feet, of snow in the plains today!
Global warming is a lie.

well planet is cooling but the cult continues to tell us it's hotter... if they're not telling us we're to blame for the cold... and the droughts and the floods.

plstkr07 do you understand what a rate of change is? What previously happened over thousands of years is now happening in hundreds.
Yes there is a natural cycle, but we can still contribute to it in significant ways.
Arguing against a straw man that would say there was no ice age isn't productive, is it?

Yah, and we are to blame. Where were the SUVs that caused the ice age to thaw? There was an ice age right?
THE SKY IS FALLING, THE SKY IS FALLING!

Just to fill everyone in...global warming means that AVERAGE temperatures are higher. Not that it doesn't get cold. Climate change brought on by quickly increasing avg. temperatures also brings with it extreme weather. Four inches of snow at the end of April in Ohio. Frost in August. Stronger hurricanes. Droughts, snow storms, the risk for severity is much higher...as I'm sure everyone has noticed in the past couple years.

Oh, and check out his song Whatever You Choose from the Raffi Radio album. It is an awesome lesson for all of us... not just kids.

Raffi is the man. He is SO much more than what we remember as kids with "Shake Your Sillies Out." So much more. Order of Canada, performing for the Dali Lama, author, political advocate, environmentalist, record label president, Child Honouring activist... wow. Read his autobiography. At least read the Wiki article.
