I agree with your assessment of some Americans. Everyone buys into the idea of "get rich quick" etc or does not realize "all that glitters is not Gold."
I doubt that is strictly American quality though, and also Romanians are hardly the only ones pulling scams. Plenty here in the USA are also. Thanks again. :)
