A fugue is a piece of music with many voices based on a single melody, repeated in different ways. it can be done on guitar if ya want haha

that's definitly wrong. there are some fugues by bach for the lute which are transcripted for the classical guitar. I've played several of them plus the whole suite in e minor which has a similar composing style.

guitar can't play a fugue only organ and piano
can do it. Other instrument can do it but they need more than 1 musician; 3 guitar or 2 cello and 2 violon
