is it super helpful to know like every form of pentatonic or major or minor or melodic or w/e scale of a particular note... like the pentatonic minor for a.... is it really helpful to know all other ways than the original one which is like 1-4, 1-3, 1-3, 1-3, 1-4, 1-4 (those are the fingers by the way) ... also any tips on bending on high frets like 17-22... cause when i bend the sound is not as long as when i bend 14 and below.... also for some reason playing on high frets 17-22 is hard to me

try to copy many versions of his songs.... and you will find your style to play this solo...it takes time....but after that you are able to play some of his solos and your own ones....cool, right? try it...i tried it the same way....it worked... john your playing is my life current life i thank your parents for their kid named John ;-)
