My favorite line in this debate was when Biden finger punched the lectern and said "The Vice President's job is CLEARLY outlined in the First Article of the Constitution and Dick Cheney needs to read and learn the Constitution!"
Yeah-right-Biden needs to also learn the Constitution - because the first article is the Article that outlines the duties of CONGRESS - the Second article is the Executive article.
