Most bands don't buy their guitars because they don't have to. Their sponsors do it for them.They sometimes buy their instruments, ones that they like or that they wouldn't be able to get from their sponsor due to licensing issues, or contract restrictions. I dunno who their sponsors are, but I can say that most of their guitars came from them.

IF you pay attention at 1:35 you can see him strum the top neck right before it cuts away. And if you have any ear for music you can hear the octaves from it being a 12 string at that point...

ok first, Coheed and Cambria could buy one of those double neck guitars and smash it for the hell of it, they have that much money... and during the video they don't ever show him playing the top neck, he is just holding it in 1:35...

uhm... so what? its a real gibson, and a band like them can afford to have such a guitar and possibly wouldnt go for less... i mean most good guitars cost 1000+,that doubleneck costs more, and claudio maybe has tons of guitars
