Yep I know, but I thought it was known to everybody that perry wrote the LYRICS only. So I didnt feel the need to comment about the music, that person just said Perry didnot write those songs wich is not true.

A song like "What It Takes To Win" ..which i think is a killer song and isn`t in anyway a Perry or Augeri era song..gives us glimpse of what is to come.. a Journey with a voice that can honor the past but is capable to take on the future.

This band has had a LOT of incarnations. All are valid in some way. I just hope that they take a few chances with the next album.

I like Cain more as a songwriter but Rolie was also alright as a singer and songwriter..i still love those albums with Rolie like "Infinity" and "Evolution". |
