i kinda get the name of the game because bio means life so the title is like lifeshock. and im just guessing that the makers called it bioshock because this game is so shocking and you learn all about the truth of your life...

i cant believe they took out that bit of the plot with the record store, in fact they took out the actual record store as well... and they took out that Splicer Irretant too =( and speedboost, (and i know they put in Enrage over the other one XD)

You're thinking of Sportboost.
And it does increase your speed but only a tiny bit. The real speedboost used to break too many scripted sequences, thus it was removed.
