The engine on the audi is uprated with THS H beam rods with 20mm wrist pins.

The stock blocks will generally throw a rod past 300whp / 275 wtq, it may not happen instantly but its just a matter of time.
The stock pistons are excellent so all you need to do is change the rods and the motor will hold 5-700whp depending on what year it is.

Hope those aren't stock connecting rods in that motor still. If so, I hope you have a spare short block around.
