helpful hint - if it's too hard with ultra balls, try timer balls. if more than 30 turns passes, their effectiveness is 4x, highest of all generation 3 balls. throw teh ultraballs still, but when those run out, timer's best

i tried so hard to capture it i thought my thumb was gonna break but the battle went on for so long that regirock ran out of pp and used struggle and killed itsself by the recoil so i thought WHAT A WASTE OF ENERGY!!!

registeel is a mega ass, regirock is not near as big as an ass! regice is very easy to catch!!
