have washing machines, dryers, printers, or cars been able replace human jobs?
there were times when all these things were done by humans. we travelled on chariots, we made copies of books ourselves.

That is very wrong notion. Do machines save man labour? Yes. Does that mean we should avoid making machines so we can conserve jobs for humans who would otherwise been replaced? Absolutely not. If you make a machine that can perform the job of many men, then you've helped society as a whole. These men will become out of work, but they will be able to find a new occupation where their job is needed, unlike their previous occupation. The amount of work to be done in the world is unlimited.

I agree, we already have self checkout. All those jobs are now replaced by computers.

I agree. First it`s outsourcing to other countries and in a few decades they will be outsourcing our jobs to robots...Lol Most companies don`t care for employees. As long as they can increase there profits they will replace us ASAP. This is not technology that we should be applauding that much.
