WARNING!!!!!!!! VIRGIN MOBILE ARE COMPLETE SHITTERS!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!!!! i have been with Virgin mobile since my very first moblie, but when i bought this phone, 2 dayz later they blocked this phone and my sim card. so now i cant use this phone. they claim we owe money, and yet they've been stealing £1000 a year. !!!!!!?????? JUST A QUICK QUESTION????!!!!!!! i am planning to buy this phone AGAIN, but a lot of ppl have said things about cracked buttons. is this true? plz reply!!!!

This phone is a piece of shit. I've had to get it replaced TWICE. First time, the software started bugging out. The second time, it got stuck open.
