Universal health care... we need to sacrifice our pride and borrow some socialism. Unfortunately, most Americans think communism is socialism and think of China & Russia, when what should come to mind is Sweden and The Netherlands - imperfect countries, but we shouldn't be afraid to borrow bits and pieces from others.
