Yes, plastic surgery is like a facial for entertainers, men/women, regardless they are talented/not, otherwise they can't sell, especially for nowadays when marketing is more focus on looks and sensations.
PS : You are right, Kim Tae Hee and Song He Gyo are natural, but not her :)

ummm...that's not true. Kim Tae Hee and Song Hye Gyo are two examples of natural beauty. and for your info, it's not just Korean actresses who go under the knife. Most famous example is Angelina Jolie, supposedly the most beautiful woman in the world, who got a nose job.
