He wasn't allowed! That's why people sneak their cameras on. You can get ejected from the park without a refund, and it is a state misdemeanor (minor felony). And, have you ever heard of a camera strap? It would be crazy to film on a roller coaster without one. I've snuck my camera on a few times, and I got a good video.
