I think the two most important techniques for both girls and guys is EYE CONTACT (how are you supposed to know someone is in the slightest bit interested in you when you don't even look at them?) and SMILING AND POSITIVE RESPONSES..you don't want to over do it but everything starts with eye contact.

Smile, but dont stare.Look at her for a second or two and look away.Then a few seconds later look back, and if she's still looking at you then that means she's interested in you.
