I'd like to know this myself! It seems most guitar makers use RhinoCam or MasterCam

No problem with yaw (or crabbing), it depends on the spacing of the x axis carriages. Two screws can cause twice as many problems as one, not many commercial machines use two screws. If your building a plasma then you certainly wont need two screws as the load on the gantry is minimal.

I see that you are driving the gantry in the X axis with a single ballscrew shaft mounted in the center underneath the table. Is there any problem with yaw (clockwise/counterclockwise rotation as viewed from above) of the gantry with that setup? Do you think it would have been better to drive it with a ball screw on each long side of the bed? Planning my own CNC plasma machine, so that's why I ask. Great vid by the way!

Very good work. I have a CNC made out of wood and would like to make improvements to stiffen the structure. Is it possible to have all the structural drawings to build one like yours?
I would greatly appreciate.
Thanks,

you could be the first CNC video artist.
