But Parallel Universe is the second track of CALIFORNICATION. And it's also the 9th track of their Greatest Hits CD. Look it up in any music store online or in person or just check out their discography.

well, flea said "congratulations for the worldcup" and parallell universe came out with the album By the way in 2002. So I guess 2002, because Brazil won that year, it seems logical.
