I wasn't being sarcastic and I don't agree with the law. You forget the Macdonalds hot
coffee case? The cup said "caution contents hot" the stupid bitch spilled it her lap, got
burned, sued, WON! What more can I say?

who the hell said it was decorative? It's not like a fucking bug light attractive flies around. Besides, there were two six foot fences and about 9 signs saying "restricted area - Danger ahead" There's no way they'd win.
unless you were being sarcastic, in which case I applaude you.

The kid made a mistake, like ALL TEENS DO. Unfortunately, he pain the ultimate price for it. I feel for his family and the witnesses, and the physical pain he may have suffered. To all the kids and immature adults that are posting negative things...karma comes back around. Hopefully, you won't be a slut in college or a drunk driver or anything. But stuff come back around.

Oh, Give me a fuc*ink break! The fence wasn't enough for this moron to be able to figure out not to walk under a roller coaster. He was nearly 18 making him old enough to go to war with a machine gun, but not able to figure out that his actions werwe dangerous? Next you will be saying that silverware companies should sell forks with corks on the end just in case someone slips in the store while holding the package..lol.. "The packaging wasn't SAFE ENOUGH" He tried to show off, and got dealt with

They will WIN under the "attractive nuisance"
law. A decorative 6' fence is not enough to
keep someone out of an area that dangerous!!

Thank God he's out of the gene pool!!

If this is true, the family would lose. The area is clearly marked as restricted, and the boy should never have been in there. There are rules for a reason.

The family is now going to sue Six Flags for his death.
