I hope you realize the differences between ITF, WTF, GTF and all the other tae kwon-do variants. He does it extremely well according to what we learn in ITF. The breathing too. You cannot judge ITF participants if you're not in ITF yourself.

i dont think you understood me, i think america has a great ITF tkd team, I was talking about those guys who practise a martial art send by their dad for a couple years and then later they start their own stupid gym and have their own gi's or doboks(the clothes for karate and tkd) I live in holland btw but I m from armenia, sorry but cant fuck with the dutch team cuz we got alot of difrent people in it not only dutch, and you should watch some fights on youtube if you have time

yeah i agree this guy is bomb and no matteer how much he practices there is always room for improvement trust me on tht one because im one of those people and i know Joong-Gun well and u being a white belt porbbably dont know it as well as he does
