Geez... horrible video. Informative but horribly done. I mean geez... get a tripod... turn off music in the background so people can hear you... I mean... common man...

One also thing to mention is that the chassis should be grounded. For example, disconnect the line voltage and neutral wires from the isolation transformer that lead to the outlet but keep the ground wire connected to the chassis. Otherwise th chassis will not be grounded (floating ground)

yea sort of but it looks like you unplugged the harness to the guns first. you cant discharge the anode (to ground) when you have no connection to the cathode as well to complete the circuit. and be warned, unconnected, the charge can build up again after discharging.
