im pretty sure that that their generation (x, i think) cut off around '83. I was born in '85 and am considered gen y apparently. While I listen to it now it wasn't predominant in my adolescance and anything before then was irrelevant. born in '92 is a bit of a stretch there bro. It's all good, lots of us listen to the beatles and stuff, and those are decades out of our league. You aren't gen x homes.

Im a 92 kid too and our opinions matter. I know we have a lot still to learn, but there are plenty of things we can see with our own two eyes that are just common sense right? And shouldn't we have the right to say what we think? Your totally right, we just missed the era of the last great music acts. Nothing is about writing meaningful music anymore. Everything is just about making money and going mainstream. No individualism anymore. Maybe we will get a new band that is decent some day.

dude thanks for responding to socially unacceptable SOUTHCAROLINIANS, at least that is one of the comments made about Audioslaves song wasnt quiet sure who made the comment, but totally disrespectful to Cris Cornell. Were are you from? And do you play guitar? Look forward to your obviousally outstanding great taste in music, musical opinions in the future

One of my all time favorite nineties bands, they captured a good deal of the generation in their music. And even though Audioslave was a bit more grungish, I have to say that I like them as well.
