dunno...this version has a grandiose feel, but it's fitting in a way...and the goodnight bit has an added meaning if ya know the movie...i like it...gives ya the feeling ya get after a good crawler.

Wow...it's so very beautiful...full of passion. I always was very amazed by folk from the isle...uilean pipes sound so very urban. I'm quite addicted!! So very beautiful.

At 4:29 , when he sings "Good night and joy be to you all!" and the band yells joyously, it is pure magic. I have forgotten most of this movie since I first saw it 10 years ago, but this song has remained with me as vividly as the first time I heard it. Please tell me that I am not the only one who has had this reaction. This is a great, great song and I love this version. I want it played at my funeral.

i like all versions of this song but the one by the voice squad the best -unfortunately not on youtube yet-god bless you all and may you be this philosophical and surrounded by friends when you come to drink your parting glass

I live in Taiwan, so I don't have access to this wonderful movie. Could you upload that wonderful scene where the drunk guy is walking home, then is pissing? He's singing some words to this song which I can't quite remember. Something like, "If I had money and time to spend..." I can't remember anything else. But it was so beautiful! Could you upload that scene for me? Cheers, and good job on this song!
