hmm depends on your Operating system but u should be able to run it on High with OK fps :)....i still think u shouldve gotten a 4870 from ATI instead >_> since it runs it awesomely and its extremely cheap

the blur is post processing effects. like.. depth of field and motion blur.

love this game.. i running on a 9800gx2 & a evga 780i mobo with sum corsair ram that came with my intel core 2 quad.. 2.40 ghz that was the only cpu i could afford at the time
