Response to "2br2br2" Emissions testing now only tests ECM programming and if it is not stock no tags or registration renewal is allowed in Oregon. Meaning you cannot get away with it and be legal.

This looks really cool..but isn't this only one piece of a large puzzle? 1.Make the gas. 2.Deliver the gas(in hho state)to the throttle body. 3.Control the gas temp.for stability.(gas v.water.) 4.Control the ecm to use hho for fuel savings/mpg. 5.Control heat throughout wiring/cell(sustainability) ..and don't forget the auto industry has programmed the ecm to safeguard its demand for fuel wasting/consumption. Ever wonder what mpg could be obtained by ecm re-programming?

This technology is real. The pulse generator is real. Although Google has diverted the real video to this Matthew character, the kit, which has been featured on CNN, NBC, ABC, Fox, etc., is on the web somewhere, if it has not been censored yet. I found it easily last week, but now I can't; all I get is the site with "Rachel", who I'd like to strangle, I think. I will post it if I find it today.
