Roman Catholic President John F Kennedy speech at the Houston Ministers in 1960 this speech was on the religious issue and seperation from Church & State. This speech angered the Pope and the Vatican which eventually led to JFK's assassination. JFK was a patriot he defended the constitution against the Jesuit-Vatican led New World Order. That is what a real Catholic would do and that is what you call a Real President not a CFR Phoney.

I recently purchased a book of JFK speeches. They are worth reading and re-reading. The US Constitution assumes spiritual reality...but does not dictate theology...and guarantees spiritual freedom. If we allow the subversion of our Constitution to continue...positive religious life will be destroyed. RIP JFK.

There are pedophiles in every walk of life. When they are discovered to be involved in the church, it is big news and we hear more about it, sort of like the atheletes who get into trouble.

Calm, cool, relaxed and extremely eloquent. I was just a kid in 1960, so I wouldn't have understood this speech in the same way I do today, especially seeing as how history has repeated itself over and over on the religious issue. I would also include the chose of NO RELIGION in this discussion, but I suspect that would have been suicide in 1960 and probably still is today. Too bad. Maybe America will grow up one day though.

"No protestant ministers would tell his parishioners for whom to vote" Where no religious body seeks to impose its will. too bad.... Let's fix this.

see, iamlondon, you're one of those guys who went to school, got a little bit of an education, and thinks he's a genius, you think you're just going to go around the internet and throw you're limited education around at people, and anyone who disagrees you're just going to try an insult and label as hatefull nutjobs...grow up.
xxxkingjoexxx (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
really? what foul extended foul mouthed verbal abuse would u be talking about? i said the f word once. you're the one who called me, and i quote, " a moron-who-has-read-some-book- a nd-thinks-he-has-a-valid-argum ent" you're the one calling people names, now calling me a hatefull nut and a weakling. so where do u come off saying i'm the one with the extended abuse here?
iamlondon (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Joe, that you consider extended, foul-mouthed verbal abuse a form of valid reasoning says everything about you. It also demonstrates that you are a weakling both morally and intellectually. Guys like you are ten a penny - the nut on the street ranting about government, the nut on the subway hurling abuse at strangers. You're just another nut on the internet who hates, hates, hates. Nothing redemptive in you, just bile and anger. Nice life.

you're wrong dude. the catholic church is the most fucked up and evil group on the planet. there are more gay pedophiles in the catholic organization than N.A.M.B.L.A. AND you're the one who's telling people to read any book by your boyfriend owen chadwich and gain some wisdom, thats not wisdom thats taking one mans opinion and running with it as if its your own. so what does that make you??? i'd say it makes you a "moron-who-has-read-some-book-a nd-thinks-he-has-a-valid-argum ent"
iamlondon (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Hi, Thanks for your comment. The person who needs to check their facts, though, is you. Democracy as we know it today has nothing to do with the Greek model of 'Demos'. The Church banned slavery in the 16th century and was NEVER actively involved in its promulgation. As for child abuse - there are more pedophiles in the Police, Medicine, Teaching Profession and any other form of professional life. So, moron-who-has-read-some-book-and-thinks-he-has-a-valid-argument...get a degree then talk.
