signori miei il gusto del formaggio marcio è molto forte, non penso che sia per tutti i palati...per me è buonissimo, per quanto riguarda le mosche casearie, può succedere che si posino da qualche altra parte prima che depongano le larve... magari ci vorrebbe una filiera con un certificazione del metodo di produzione, tempo fa se ne parlava.... un consiglio, se venite in sardegna cercatelo, ma non fidatevi di chi si improvvisa produttore di casu marzu!

Casu Marzu is everywhere, not only in Sardinia. In France you can eat mimolette, while in Germany the Milbenkäse, in Lombardy the Ribiòla cui bèg, in Abruzzo the Marcetto or Cace Fraceche, the Casu du quagghiu in Calabria, in Aemilia Romagna the Furmai nis, the Frmag punt in Apulia and so on. It is cheese with worms...
