From our LauderdaleChristmas.com Halloween holiday lights setup using a 16 channel lighting controller. You read in a song off your CD, and using a program, you tell the lights when to turn on or off, fade, twinkle, etc. An MP3 player inside the controller plays the music and controls the lights according to your programmed orchestration.
