When you get an upper cervical specific adjustment to your atlas, it should be untwisted, unrotated because it can jump the tracks between atlas and axis vertebra beneath the foramen magnum and atlas also should to centered and level under the skull. Your arteries will begin to be unclogged and your bones will begin to remineralize. Find a practitioner in your state (upcspine) other thing it will help look up ( thespesific)

Shame the cholesterol system is homeostatic. It's made within the body by a system designed to be self-regulating so this should come as no surprise. We should be asking what perturbs normal homeostasis. Excluding cases of Familial Hypercholesterolaemia, "high" cholesterol is a symptom of dysregulation not a cause and there's no evidence "high" cholesterol. Also, whilst focusing on atherosclerosis we are neglecting to check total CHD & total mortality. Why does the myth keep getting repeated?

this could have used the tune "Harp Surgery" from Dale Brown's cd "Zarahemla Mecca of Blues" as sound tract.

OMG!!! Can someone please get it right!!! LDL and HDL are NOT cholesterols!!! They are PROTEIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Cholesterol is the building block of our hormones and cells. SUGAR in our and poor diet in general combined with sedentary lifestyles are the causes increased size of LDL's. The body INCREASES its production of cholesterol to try to repair the damage done by poor lifestyle choices. CHOLESTEROL isn't the baddy in the equation, but the lack of balance in the lifestyle causing the problems.

Cholesterol and triglycerides can be reduced by exercise and eliminating sugars and refined carbs from diet. More important is correction of deficiencies of n-3 fats(in fish oil)and CoQ10 which result in poor heart function. N-3 fat deficiency in mitochondrial membranes can cause hypoxia, arrhythmia and sudden death. N-3 fats reduce TG, increase HDL. CoQ10 is essential for creation of ATP, the cellular energy source. CoQ10 and N-3 fats are natural, not patented, so Drs. know little of them.

Cause of heart disease: mitochondrial dysfunction due to no exercise, modern diet: The % of caloric intake in western diet is: Sugars 20%: Depletes vitamins/minerals, increases uric acid and TG level, decrease HDL-C. Refined carbs 20%: poor in vitamins/minerals, increases TG levels, dec. HDL. Refined n-6 veg. oils 10%: Intake excessive, oxidizes easily, atherogenic Dairy 10%: vitamins and enzymes reduced by pasturization, non fat milk lacks needed fat sol. vitamins. no more space

hormone replacement drugs like synthetic progestins were left to the patient choice but heart clogging arteries have to be treated with statins that is why doctors dont take chances, what about someone having very high LDL would they leave him without treatment?

Before stating that cholesterol doesnt cause heart disease why dont you say what other factors cause heart disease?
cuscowillawilla (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Unfortunately, most doctors believe the disproven theories that dietary cholesterol and saturated fat increase cholesterol levels which causes increased heart disease risk. Similarly, ten years ago most doctors believed the thoroughly disproven notion that synthetic progestins used in hormone replacement theory reduced the risk of cancer, heart disease, acne and osteoporosis. It is now known that synthetic progestin increase cancerand CHD risk and many other problems.
