i think i know how it works!
you put the thing with the weights down manually and attach something to the base thing
then when the ball hits it the wight will pull down one side and the ball will go up on the other
right?

Nice! I like the way you have that thing hold down the wheels on the other side of the seesaw that sends the balls up.
