Passau=Highest rate of booze per capita of students in western Germany. "U can do a lot" lol, like getting chicks into bed every other night at the parties, but that's it.And how nice pics were smuggled in from other cities to make Passau look bigger,eg from 2:30 Rome,Prag and Budapest.....
