dude, don't let the stupids of the world put you down; I have been inspired myself to do better by hearing and watching mr Gould. The Internet is and will always be full of twats whose only function in this world is to convert oxygen into carbon dioxide, wastefully. That's why I had made a point never to comment anything anymore, but I felt I should, as a fellow piano player, show you my support. You're doing the right thing, man

I felt the exact same way after I heard Gould play. He inspired me to take the piano more seriously. He taught me what Bach should sound like. Of course, i's very difficult to sound like him - his staggering talent aside, he has also fixed his piano to give that tight harpsichord sound, which is very hard to reproduce on most pianos. You may not be as great as Gould, no matter how hard you work, but it's definitely a good thing that you are inspired. Listen to Glenn, but aspire to be yourself

his name is Glenn Gould, and many people, including me, find he was the worlds' best pianist. He plays Bach here, you dó know Bach right ;)?
