well it aint easy landing with crosswinds, what a pilot does making such movements is trying to move the aircraft straight again but due to the crosswinds it blows the other way again so he has to correct that.

At 0:40 the pilot was kind-of making dangerous movements because the winds can`t really make a A320 rock that violently unless it`s the pilot it`self. He just needs to work more on Crosswind landings.
