I've heard this was suppose to be part of the movie "The Three Caballeros". But for some reason it was cut and released as a stand alone film. My guess it was suppose to take place after "The Cold-Blooded Penguin" segment. All that's left from "The Three Caballeros" is Sterling Holloway's narration and South America (Which the Baia, Brazil segment took place).
