THE OSMONDS thats the 'matter' with these girls. I should know I was one of them !!!!!
You had to see them live to KNOW...The Osmonds were truely AMAZING live(still are).

No that's Merrill on drums cause Jay's out front dancing and singing lead. Alan and Wayne are on guitar and Donny's on keyboard right up the back.

the Osmonds were my first concert at Cobo Hall in Detroit in 1972. This is the best live footage I have seen that sums it all up. I was 7 and got really lucky, one of my sister's friends couldn't make it to the show so I got to tag along! I remember flashbulbs,electric guitars, white fringe and girls screaming. Needless to say, it had quite an effect on me as I am a musician, recording studio owner and produce records for a living!

My Mum wouldn't let me go and see the Osmonds at this time as I was only 10 and it was too dangerous!! I finally saw them in 1979 for the first (and not the last!) time. I used to love watching coverage on TV of all the early concerts and Osmania - awesome days! Thanx Gail for sending me this clip and to Lyn for posting it.
