Its not as painful, actually in the beginning it is because all your fatty cells are so stiff. Then after couple of sessions it gets easy, i started 2 years ago and now my body has changed completely! I just think this is the best ever! Mr.Boris, this video is perfect!

Dear kenanabanana1, There are two ways from reduce cellulite. One of them is via a cosmetic surgery and another method that is similar to the one I demonstrate.
