its not a race thing...educate yourself on the sociopolitical atmosphere...immigrants set up a life in south florida, the closest place to live but it happens to be developed by rich, expensive developers...see, a mexican can cross the border into texas of california or wherever, but the geographical position of florida makes it a freaking journey to get out of south florida for better living...south florida, miami, its expensive and corrupt.

I live in Colorado and during the 90's and early 00's people were displaced in large numbers when the affordable housing was bought out and turned into condos, lofts and townhomes for the upwardly mobile, only to have the places sitting vacant less than 10 years later due to the failing economy.
Many of the people who lost their homes where white and had to try to find new apts in a place where rents and deposits had gone up 100 - 200%. It's not about race, it's poor people who suffer.
