ABA=American Basketball Association. Technically, the ABA is still around as four teams were absorbed into the NBA -- Indiana Pacers, San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets and the New York Nets. The Nets then moved to New Jersey. The other two remaining ABA teams -- the Kentucky Colonels and the Spirits of St. Louis -- were dissolved and their players went into a dispersal draft.

its not he height its the style of the dunker, and showmanship, almost all players back then were tall, but not all had flash and flair when dunking.
