Yeah, I am sympathy here. We have so many Indian middle-level managers and they do favor Indian in hiring. Several my white classmates were turned down offers but the Indian hired were not better than them at all. We have more than 65% Indian in my department. Except the department header is white, all managers and team leaders are Indian.

This whole H-1B situation is contentious enough, so I think we should avoid making an defamatory claims that can't be backed up.
