Is Your Cell Phone Bugged?

This short video explores ways to determine if your cell phone has been compromised to act as a bug. While it's obviously unlikely that this would happen to most people, it was recently revealed that the FBI has used this technique, and just as illicit wiretaps are possible, illicit cell phone bugging could also occur. This video is based on Lauren Weinstein's December 2006 blog entry: "How To Tell If Your Cell Phone Is Bugged" located at: http://lauren.vortex.com/archi... Be seeing you!

I also noticed that if I'am on youtube or the internet and I leave my computer idle for 10 to 15 minutes later, that my external drive window will pop up like someone is looking in my files. What the F is that? Thanks again for posting.

I shit you not. Just a few minute ago on public TV. Channel 32 here in Central Calif. They were saying that your cell phones are recording everything that you say, and some TVs sets as well. And that we had a chance to stop this from happening, but there was no public intrest, or the public just didn't care. They are talking about a program that is going to air, and if you didn't care then. You will now! Thanks for the post...5*s

If your battery goes down because they listen, they that is theft, because u pay to charge it! So if u find theyre bugging u, prosecute them for theft?

The short music tracks when it say's "Check the battery" is cool sounding.

you could always buy a pay as you go phone and switch it every month. no one would be able to get to it even wirelessly because you would never register it under your name.
