there is really three versions, there is a really slow one found on his live in new york city album and then the fast one found like everywhere else, personally i like the slow version better but it may be because it is the one i heard first, this version was a little "rough" (for lack of a better word) for me but i still liked it, i think depending on wat the vibe out in the concert is depends on what version he should play, if the audience is crazy play this version

wow hadnt heard this version before, love it. i think its great how he can change things around to keep them fresh for himself. about the slow one being more "fitting" as someone said earlier, well maybe so but it is possible that you could one day feel differently about something you wrote many years ago. and to be able to change the texture of the song to fit that is a rather special ability imo

it think its a good song but i think the faster version is much better but if u wan a really good song you should lisin to his song (american skin_41 shots) its one of the best

same the original is a hell of a lot better then this version, its to slow but hes stil a fukin gud singer probily one of the best , keep rocking boss

This is not my favorite version personally, but it just goes to show that a great song is one that can be sung in a variety of different styles!

i dont like this version at all. the original is more adequate for the lyric. bruce is great though. he cand do whatever he likes with his songs.

For sure an interesting interpretation... But: the fragile and sad rhythm of the original version hits fits much more
