k im gonna say for the last fucking time first of all if u cant edit a dir. u shouldnt be programming but... in vista the dir is dif if u notice there is a %system root%; than c: and etc. dont put it there ... at the end of the path variable ... put it at the very beginning with the same instructions thank you and stop being a noob

I have a Vista system and i followed these whole steps but the command prompt still don't recognize it. Please if anyone can help, please reply.
