Great band.Influenced the byrds as they were playing together a year before the byrds.Ron Elliot wrote most of the songs, and nobody could sing like Val. Go Brummels.....

Thinking back, and remembering so many of these bands from the 50's-60's & 70's, there was a heck of a lot of talent in what were some very young individuals. Pretty awesome!

Great song. Sounds like its got some of that jangly 12-string guitar that made the Byrds famous. Hail to the Beau Brummels, the first great San Francisco band of the 60's.

The Beau Brummels are such a great band. "Don't Talk To Strangers" is one of their best.

What a great sound from the sixties. The Beau Brummels had some great songs. You can hear strains of the Byrds in this tune.

What a incredible video and the sound precursor what is soon to be the norm for many groups. These guys are great!!! I can't believe that they and so many other groups from this period do not get the air time they so deserve. The choreography is so well done as in their laugh laugh video!!!!! |
