"Get your facts straight, he was never even accused of pediophilia." Then why did he pay a million dollars in law suits from teenagers who he allegedly had sex with? And why did PBS instantly cancel his show? I loved his shows and still love his books. He was a bit dishonest with this cooking minister persona. I doubt of he would have been successful calling himself the gay gourmet..

Loved Jeff and his show. He called people 'friend,' and that really made an impression on me. To this day, I find myself using the term in conversation. Although I grew up on Graham Kerr and the Galloping Gourmet in the 60s, Jeff really honed my interest in truly good cooking. His mashed potatoes were the absolute best and my guests always comment on how great mine are now. Jeff had a passion for good food, culture and education. I miss him and always will.

I want all the shows too! Remember how Frug would end the show? By saying "I bid you peace." Alton ends the Iron Chef America by saying "I bid you good eating."

Not that I'm aware of. Mostly because of small minded idiots like the ones on this comment section. I'd say your best bet would be to try to contact PBS... they would probably still hold the rights.

I have to admit that some red flags went up on occasion, like when he would go on a trip abroad, he always seemed to surround himself with the children of whichever country he was visiting, and show little clips of these kids, which seems harmless enough, but give the accusations it seems like a pre-curser.On one of the programs I remember him with his sons on the show, they looked so miserable it makes me wonder about them now. I hope it isn't true but I guess it was, PBS would have kept him.
