The year 2009, April 20 is the year of the 1,000,000 man march on Washington for the decriminalization of marijuana and if all goes well the possible legalization under strict control of the US government. its a joint effort. hahahaha. god i love 420. 420 came from a group of college students who met everyday at 420 after class to blaze. apparently the students went to school in the same town as the Grateful Dead, so the phrase spread rapidly. read it on wiki.
