I had something like that , it wouldn't go away. What did i do: I clicked yes, and then a box came up with: Do you wan't to open this file ( something like that) I Clicked no , and it got away! 8D

I don't think the word "bad" is a very good word to describe it. Hell, if all you're getting is popups, then consider yourself lucky. Popups ain't shit.
I've had one 10 times worse. It made my machine randomly shut down. Hell, I replaced both my hard drive and the power supply and it still kept doing it.
Turned out to be some type of CMOS virus. Had to clear the CMOS memory and reconfigure the BIOS and shit to fix it.
