A group called "Moon Lips" performed in this version of Moonlight Densetsu. They also sang "La Soldier", the song used when Serenity battled against the Death Phantom. Moon Lips consisted of some members from Sakurakko Club who took part in the Sera Myu musicals.

actually i like this version of moonlight legend more than the ones released in sailor moon and in the R arc...

Actually, it's just some random singer. The VAs for the Sailor Soldiers call themselves "Peach Hips" and they didn't perform either of the two versions of Moonlight Densetsu. They DID do the Sailor Moon S ending-theme though.
