People dressed up in funny costumes beat each other silly and one just happens to be the one you root for...does there need to be a dialog or plot?...lol I never watched it in English and I don't speak or read Japanese

Thanks, but the one I and thinking of is a live action one like V3 and Keikida. Motorcycle just looks like a fancy motorcycle that the "agent" rides and he can jump off it and he does fight a bit but when he gets too beat up or is out numbered he uses his special watch to activate the robot and the "motorcycle" starts to drive itself to get to him and then turns into his "back up" The Cartoon reminded me of another one where the guy rides a motorcycle out ot a "Gold Statue" that turns to robot
