Remember when a 147 was a major event? This is regarded as one of the best sessions of snooker ever played - imagine O'Sullivan vs well, O'Sullivan these days. Some of the shots he played on the colours were amazing under the circumstances. Pity he put most of his winnings up his nose!

Is this the same match where White did also 147???
JapanDan144 (June 28, 2008 at 7:11 am)
Is he retired? I thought he was still competing in Canada. He was my favourite player. I may be a bit biased but I think this is the best 147. That shot on the green is incomparable. And his reaction, not only at the end of the break, but when his mate Jimmy knocked in that match-winning century. I could watch this match a million times. Great snooker.

Yes, Karnehm is definitely one of the best commentators, alongside Ted Lowe.
